The first episode of HBO's Here and Now is called 'Eleven Eleven'

Alan Ball wrote American Beauty and created Six Feet Under and True Blood. In 2018 he made one more series for HBO, Here and Now, about a multiracial family in Portland, Oregon. He wrote and directed the first episode himself and called it “Eleven Eleven”. It was first shown on 11 February 2018.

At his father’s 60th birthday party, Ramon, who was adopted from Colombia as a baby, keeps seeing 11:11: on a wall clock, on a gym machine, and in the middle of the party, where nobody else sees it. His family worries that he is ill, and he starts seeing a therapist. The numbers stay with the series until the end: in the last episode, when the clock shows 11:11, Mount Hood erupts.

HBO ended the show after one season of ten episodes.
